"Refund took way too long"
My replacement showed up later than expected, and the refund still hasn’t been fully sorted out. What made it more frustrating was dealing with support, it felt like I kept getting the same copy-paste replies instead of someone actually looking into it. Disappointing experience overall

"Checkout turned into way more hassle than expected"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from ProFlowers: the checkout process was frustrating for me. I picked out flowers and got all the way near the end, but extra fees kept showing up right before paying. Then the page froze once and I had to start over, which was enough to make me lose patience. By the time I finally saw the total, it felt too expensive for the hassle, so I backed out. I’d recommend double-checking the final price before you get invested

"Flowers were already wilting"
The flowers looked old and droopy as soon as I took them out of the box (not exactly the fresh bouquet I was expecting). Disappointing overall.
"Terrible Company Specializing in Ruining Special Occasions"
Terrible company looking to ruin special occasions. I sent flowers for Mother's Day only to be notified after mother's day the order could not be completed on time. I received multiple messages asking me what I wanted to do and replied to all of them saying to go ahead with the order even though it was late. After a week of replying to messages, I was informed the order was cancelled because they hadn't heard from me. Completely ruin the occasion their complete incompetence and lack of customer service!

"Predatory and Dishonest. Avoid ProFlowers."
Paid over $30 for guaranteed delivery on May 9. Was never informed that delivery date was changed to May 12th, too late for Mother’s Day. Was told order could not be canceled and delivery fee was not refundable. After 45 minutes on the phone...and a bad review on Trustpilot...got a partial refund on the delivery fee.
On May 12th I checked the order status again. Now delayed until May 13th, the day AFTER my mother leaves town. Another 30 minutes on the phone. Finally allowed to cancel the order. I was refunded all but a $5.95 processing fee.
To summarize, I paid $5.95 to speak to a call center and recieve no flowers.
Avoid this company and it's dishonest, predatory practices.

"Misleading description and bad substitutions"
I was really disappointed with this order. The wording made it sound like the bouquet would be similar to what I paid for, but the flowers I received looked nothing like the picture or description. The substitutions were awful and felt misleading. Not what I ordered at all.

"These flowers seriously outlasted my expectations"
I got these for my mom i was expecting the usual few-days-and-then-they-start-looking-sad situation, because that’s how it usually goes with flowers, right? But nope. These stayed fresh for almost two weeks, which kind of shocked me in the best way. My mom kept mentioning how nice they still looked, and I was like, okay, finally something that actually lasts. Super happy with them and I’d definitely order again.

"I ordered this as a sympathy bouquet for..."
I ordered this as a sympathy bouquet for my aunt, and it just didn’t look like what I expected from the photo. The colors were way brighter than I’d thought they’d be, and it came across a little cheap-looking. For the occasion, it just felt off. I’m sure I wouldn’t choose this one again for something like that

"Bouquet wasn’t what I ordered"
I ordered a mixed bouquet with pink roses and lilies for my mom’s birthday, but what arrived looked different. It was mostly carnations with a few yellow flowers, and didn’t match the photos or the order details at all.
The delivery did show up on the right day, so I’ll give them that. But the card had a typo in my mom’s name, even though I entered it correctly, which felt like an avoidable mistake.
Customer service offered me a small credit, but I wasn’t really looking for that. I just wanted the flowers and card to be right, especially for the price. Disappointing overall.

"Pretty but not really like the photo"
The bouquet looked nice and the colors was pretty, it did seem fresh too. But it was kinda smaller than I thought it would be. A few flowers weren’t opened yet and overall it didn’t look as full as the picture online. Not terrible or anything, just felt a bit average for the price.

"Decent flowers, annoying tracking"
The flowers showed up in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the tracking was frustrating, it barely updated until they were almost at the door. Overall it turned out fine, just kind of annoying not knowing what was going on.

"Absolutely not what I ordered"
I was so disappointed when these flowers showed up. Like, there is no possible way this bouquet was the same as the picture. The flowers already looked tired, a bunch of petals had brown edges, and the whole thing gave off “sitting in the back for days” vibes. It was supposed to be a nice birthday gift, but I knew immediately it wasn’t gift-worthy. The vase was fine, sure, but the bouquet itself was just bad quality. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

"Issue got sorted, but it dragged on"
My flowers showed up late and didn’t look great when they arrived. I reached out to support, and they did end up giving me a partial refund, which I appreciated. But it took several messages to get there, and I felt kind of pressured to keep explaining the same thing before anything was done. It just felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Not sure I’d order from them again

"Flowers were nice, extras not so much"
The flowers themselves were fine and looked good, but I noticed the add-ons were where things started to feel less worth it. The vase felt kind of cheap, and the chocolate wasn’t great either. Seems like the main bouquet is okay, but I’d probably skip the extras next time.

"Shipping fee kind of ruined it"
The flowers were actually nice, no complaints there. But the shipping fee was way higher than I expected, and once the total jumped at checkout... yeah. I just don’t think I’d order again...
"Delivery Was a Day Late"
I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and made sure to pick the delivery date in advance. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up until the next day, so the whole surprise kind of fell flat.
The flowers themselves were fine, but the late delivery was a big deal for me. Customer service basically just apologized and didn’t offer much else. I’m not sure I’d use them again for something that needs to arrive on a specific day.

"My mom was really happy with the flowers"
I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and, like I said, she was really happy with them. She told me they looked super pretty, and the colors were close to the picture online. They also got there the same day, which was a nice surprise. A couple of the flowers hadn’t fully opened yet, but like I said, my mom didn’t mind at all. Overall, she loved them, so I’m happy too. I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty close to the picture"
I ordered flowers for my mom, and they were actually close to the photo online. The colors looked right and the vase matched too, but the bouquet was a little smaller than I expected.
It still arrived fresh, and my mom was happy with it, so that mattered most. I’d actually use ProFlowers again, I just wish the picture made the size a bit more clear.
